Why do you enjoy your position at IFD and being a part of the team?
I have been in the dental field for almost 14 years. I love seeing the significant change I can be a part of when patients come and need their teeth fixed. I love seeing what our doctors can do to make the patients smile again and regain their confidence if they have roadblocks to afford their treatment. I love being able to help them figure out what we can do to be able to help them get the beautiful smile they deserve. As for being part of the IFD team, I love teaching my team members and sharing tips I've learned over the years with them to help them and see them evolve. Every day is something new and fun!

I enjoy my position as a dental assistant at IFD because I get to meet and interact with patients, help them, and explain their dental needs to the team. I enjoy my position because I get to help new patients get seen by our doctors! I like being a part of our team because I like how we, the admin team, work together to get a patient feel welcomed and how our clinical team continues to provide care for our patients during their visits!

I enjoy my position at IFD for two reasons: I love helping people to prevent and treat oral health; and communicating with them about oral healthy life; I also love to use hands-on skills; and my critical thinking and problem-solving skills with my work every day, which is different every day.
