So glad my friend recommended this dentist practice to me. They were able to schedule my visit a few days after I called. There was very little wait time once I arrived. All of the staff was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. The price they quoted me for my wisdom teeth was less than 1/6th the price of my old dentist. I will definitely be coming back for my regular check ups and cleanings. They accepted my insurance too.

My wife and I lost our dentist of 30+ years when she retired. We were both a little anxious of finding a new dentist to take care of us. It looks like we have found our new home here. They went above and beyond with my wife on multiple procedures. Dr. Cruz and Dr. Doshi were very good to watch out for her comfort. She joined their Smile Club and it has worked out well for us. It's nice to have that option offered by them. The staff have worked well with us on scheduling and anything needed. The hygienist has the soft touch we were looking for also! Great job by all!

I always have a surprisingly pleasant experience, especially for a dental visit. The staff are friendly and genuinely caring. They even put a show on the TV to keep you comfortable during procedures. Overall, the way they treat me keeps me coming back for any (hopefully rare) future dental work.

Had a great recent experience at Irving Family Dental! Dr. Bavishi was professional, compassionate,extremely patient and even took the time to answer my questions after hours and on weekends — which really shows how much she cares about her patients. Cynthia (sedation assistant) was calming and kind, Yoana (monitoring assistant) was attentive throughout, and Leslie at the front desk was super welcoming and efficient. Very respectful and human service. The Doctors tell you what you have, and they tell you everything you have. I went to another dentist before, and they want to take your money. But Family Dental helps you; also, the price and service, and quotes are unique and incomparable to others. Also, the desk, asistan Cristal, is super lovely, super friendly, and can help you with everything! I live in Denton, and I travel to this dentist. I recommend it to all.

I am 11wks pregnant and needed my back tooth extracted. The team here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only did they make the procedure painless and quick they were very effective and caring about keeping me and my baby safe. My procedure took less than 5 minutes once it started and my dentist was fabulous. I walked in with so much anxiety about everything and they made sure to address all my concerns before beginning. I am a new patient here but I will be staying with this team and dental office for as long as I live in Irving. Dentist and staff are very friendly and kind. Thankful to have a new tooth where the old one was taken out. I have an extremely sensitive mouth and a borderline fear of being at the dentist because it is so painful. But they took that into consideration on every visit.
